Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Plus.One. They explain your rights and obligations when using our platform to find or offer activity companions and services.

1. Overview

Plus.One ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online marketplace that connects individuals seeking activity companions or services ("Buyers") with individuals offering those services ("Providers"). By accessing or using Plus.One, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@plus-one.fun if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Provider Terms

Providers who wish to offer services on Plus.One must complete identity verification (KYC) before their listings are published. By listing a service, Providers represent that they have the skills, qualifications, and legal right to offer that service. Providers set their own rates, availability, and service area. Plus.One does not employ Providers — they are independent individuals operating on the Platform. Providers are solely responsible for the quality and safety of the services they render.

5. Buyer Terms

Buyers may browse listings and book verified Providers for activities or services. By placing a booking, Buyers agree to the Provider's listed terms, including schedule, location, and pricing. Buyers are responsible for showing up at the agreed time and location. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

6. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Midtrans. By completing a booking, Buyers authorize the charge of the listed session price. Funds are held securely and disbursed to Providers after the session is confirmed. Plus.One reserves the right to charge a platform fee, which will always be disclosed before payment is completed.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Buyers may cancel a confirmed booking before the session date. Cancellations of paid bookings will trigger a refund review. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may be partial depending on how close to the session the cancellation is made. Providers who cancel confirmed bookings without valid reason may face account penalties. Plus.One does not guarantee refunds for no-shows by the Buyer.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (c) post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; (d) attempt to circumvent the Platform by arranging off-platform payments to avoid fees; (e) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; or (f) interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

9. Reviews & Ratings

Buyers may leave honest reviews after a completed session. Reviews must be truthful and based on actual experience. Fake, coerced, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited. Plus.One reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Plus.One — including the logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Plus.One. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. Content you upload (profile photos, listing images) remains yours; however, you grant Plus.One a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Plus.One is a marketplace platform and is not a party to the service agreement between Buyers and Providers. We do not verify the accuracy of all listing details and make no warranties regarding the quality of services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus.One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or from interactions between users.

12. Privacy

Your use of Plus.One is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indonesian data protection regulations (UU PDP).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below and notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
